A: Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as Adobe Stock.  We also have a photographer and videographer available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.

A: Yes. Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our customers stay with us for the life of the website as we stay on top of the latest trends and technology but if you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and Care plan provider, we will be happy to assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible.

A: All websites that SBC creates must live on our servers. However, if at any time you wish to move to a new web firm or web host, we will package up your site at no cost to send to the new firm.

A: We use storage from cloud servers such as Amazon’s AWS, Google, Linode, Vultr and Digital Ocean, 

Q: How is my website backed up?
A: Depending on your needs, we do hourly, daily, or weekly backups

Q: How much does web hosting cost with SBC?
A: We have simplified our packages for hosting down to two options. Non-E-Commerce:  $   per year and E-commerce: $ per year.

Q: Will you provide a full copy/backup of our site if requested?
A: Yes, and at no cost! You 100% own everything that SBC creates for you, and if requested, we will provide a full backup of your website. 

Q: What about uptime?
A: On average, we have a 99.8% uptime on our server. We take downtime seriously, and required server maintenance and upgrades are always scheduled during off-peak and off-hour times by our management team at the data center.

Q: Is my hosting fee refundable?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our web hosting accounts for any reason.
